Coach Mr.Rajshekar has been training students to play drums. Playing drums Reduce Stress, Relieve frustration, disappointment, and stress. Increase Academic Performance. Boost Brain Power, Develop Confidence.





Acian Western dance troupe encompasses many dance forms trained by our coaches which are typically danced, are stylistically associated with our country or western traditions. Many of these dances were "tried and true". It improves condition of your heart and lungs.increased muscular strength, endurance and motor fitness.increased aerobic fitness.weight management





Tennis is a racket sport that can be played individually against a single opponent of between two teams of two players each. The game is well known to kids as Our coach, Mr. Kevin Paul Raj trains them everyday with fitness classes and game skills. Our kids have been represented and played international matches in South Korea and many national level matches.





Keyboard Master Mr.Sundar.K has been training students of AC SCHOOL to play keyboard based on their interest to develop the mastery over playing the twelve notes of the combination of larger, longer keys and smaller, shorter keys that repeats at the interval.

Playing keyboard Increases the capacity of our memory, Refines our time management and organizational skills, Boosts our team skills. Teaches our perseverance, Improves our mathematical ability with reading and comprehension skills.





Any active sportsman has to be much focused. In AC SCHOOL the students are in the right frame of cricket. As it is the most prominent outdoor game played across the world, Cricket is considered as the national game of England and the favorite game of India. The 3 major aspects Batting, Bowling, And Fielding. Has been the main focus of our coaches. Endurance, stamina, physical fitness and hand eye-co- ordination. The game is good for developing team skills.





We at Anthony Claret School have taken a holistic approach to nurture, train and develop our students by bringing together the body, mind and breath of each pupil, rather than concentrating only on the physical and intellectual aspects of each one. This was only possible through the introduction of yoga at the school which is trained by Ms.Rekha. Students, right from grade 1 to 10 are trained on yoga techniques which helps every student to unite and closely knit their body and mind into one, by helping them practice Asanas (yoga poses), Pranayama (breathing technique) and Dhyana (Meditation) which otherwise would remain as an un-united, redundant and irrepressible entities.





A.C School has included civic awareness classes as a part of the VIII std curriculum through introducing CMCA (Children's movement for Civic Awareness) program. These classes aim at making the students as active citizens by empowering them with their rights not forgetting to realize their duties and social responsibilities. We have a Civic club comprising the students as CCMs (Civic Club Members) which spreads the awareness to other students and parents through campaigns and skits. Students are taught to become more sensitive and sensible to issues such as social, economic, environment and so on; thereon creating ripples of changes amongst family members, friends, neighbors, classmates and schoolmates of the students. We believe that these classes will help imbibe social values into the hearts and minds of these young citizens.





Chess is a battle on board with coins representing the king, queen, infantry, cavalry, elephants, and chariotry. It enables the players to exercise their logic, strategy, tact and smartness in the game which ends with capturing the opponent's king.
We at A.C school believe that practicing chess would be a game changer in the life of the students who could face and combat life's challenges efficiently. This game helps the players to think wisely and when practiced regularly it also helps them to face real-life situations in a smarter way.





The National Cadet corps (NCC) is the Indian Military cadet corps with its headquarters at New Delhi. It is a Tri-Services Organization, comprising the Army, Navy and Air Force. The main aim of NCC is to groom the youth of the country to be disciplined, responsible and patriotic citizens.

It inculcates the youth a sense of nationalism and secular outlook that contribute towards stronger nation. It involves training in drill, shooting, Physical fitness, map reading, first aid, gliding, flying, boat pulling, sailing and camp training. After the completion of NCC the candidates are given preference based on the achievements in the corps. NCC is leaded by Ms.Arlice Josephine Mary.



Our dynamic and inspiring coach Ms.Arlice Josephine Mary trains our throw ball team. This sport builds neuro muscular abilities develops co-ordination and enhances the time management skill is best suited to acquire the sportsmanship.



Dance is a form of worship through which the dancer feels connected to the almighty and this state of mind is attained with regular practice. Dance also helps in obtaining physical fitness and get control over the body. It also helps the child to understand and appreciate the rich culture and heritage of India. Dance is trained by Ms.Ambili Devi.



Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training It is usually performed to music and may be practiced in a group setting led by an instructor. It helps in Better cardiac function, Increases longevity, Increases body resistance, Increasing the supply of blood to muscles and the ability to make better use of oxygen, educes psychological stress, reduces risk of depression or anxiety. Aerobics is trained by Mr.Lazarus.



Music is an art form and culture activity whose medium is sound and silence. Common elements of music are pitch, rhythm, dynamics qualities of timbre and texture. Music is performed with a vast range of instruments and with vocal techniques ranging from singing and rapping. Music is trained by Ms. Mary Macrina and Mr. Maurice.



Hockey is a family of sports in which two teams play against each other by trying to maneuver a ball into the opponent's goal using a hockey stick.
Hockey is a game of much importance in India as it is chosen as the national game because it had made India a world champion in hockey many times. At AC School we provide a platform for our students to play hockey under the guidance of Mr.Dasan.



Martial Arts training is the only activity perfectly positioned to integrate character education, as Martial Arts simply serves as a vehicle to instil values and skills that children can put to use outside of the Martial Arts School. Skills like: Self-Confidence, Self-Control, Positive Thinking; Listening Skills, Respect, Good Manners, The Ability to Focus Attention, Perseverance and Courage. The core of Martial arts stresses the vital importance of a healthy mind and body necessary to lead a productive life. Students develop Martial Arts under the guidance of Mr. S I Babu.



The layperson perception of home science is that it is a subject about home making and household chores. However, home science is much more. It is a well developed multi-disciplinary field of study that is vast and varied, that includes Food and Nutrition, Child Development, Textile and Clothing, Resource Management and Communication and Extension Education. Students develop in this field by the guidance of Ms. Sahana. The scope therefore extends far beyond 'Home' and is not limited to just cooking.

Football is a commonly played team sport in most of the schools. In A.C.School, prime importance is given sports to promote kids to be sharp and active and to achieve their goals. Training sessions, fitness classes and motivational sessions are held in the morning and evening. Our coach Jeffrey Pinheiro is a D-License holder and specialised in grass root level training. Our school has more than 300 students enrolled for football under the age category 16, 14, 12 and 10 and proud to have girls showing great interest and potential towards football.



YantroMitra Robotics classes are conducted for students to imbibe out of the box thinking and inculcate the practice of experimenting. STEM Education( Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) is induced in school curriculum of major countries of worldto make chldren entreprising. Anthony Claret School also has taken the path of having STEM / Robotics education to the students by inculcating it as part of curriculum.



Basketball, a team sport played by all age categories including the boys and girls. Our Coach, Mr.Alwyn Robert spends ample time with the kids in teaching the basic skills and motivates them to become a team player.



Badminton is a recreational sport played individual or doubles in an open or closed area. Badminton is one of the fastest game and it burns maximum number of calories. The game requires the players to train to be energetic and fit throughout. Our coach, Mr. Prashanth Benny trains the kids to be flexible and technical with training sessions through the week and fitness classes held.



"Great skaters are not great, because of their techniques, they are great because of their passion ". Skating is a sport and activity in which individual, dous or group performance. Our coach, Mr. Michael is skilled in speed skating and develops professional skating.



Throw ball is a non contact ball sport played across a net between two teams of seven or nine players. This game was first played in India. Our coach, Mrs. Arlice spends quality time with the players and trains them to be fit and teaches them the game skills. The kids get a lot of exposure by playing many tournaments throughout the year.
